Actually, my first passion was music (the Beatles) and tennis (John Mc Enroe). Then it was the Parisian stock market where I was a negotiator for 20 years. When I arrived to the West Coast, I knew that I wanted to share a product of undeniable quality. That is my bread. I have elaborated my recipes through the years by focusing on what must be present in every loaf. I hope to share them with you.
